My dear Mr. Wightman:–
Cordially yours,
Woodrow Wilson
I wrote you last before I had seen the very beautiful and artistic presents you were generous enough to send to Mrs. Wilson and me. The bronze you sent to me I shall value most highly, both for its own intrinsic artistic merits, which are unusual, and as a souvenir of your friendship. Mrs. Wilson wants to write you a little line for herself, thanking you for the beautiful embroidered dress pattern you sent her, but in the meantime may I not send you this line of personal appreciation on my part of your kindness in thinking of both of us.
I would like very much if I could get hold of you the latter part of next week. Will you not let me know where I can telegraph to you then,Cordially yours,
Woodrow Wilson
