Text
Dear Ben:
I hand you herewith a letter which I have received from Professor Huebner, asking for an article on United States Government Bonds for the American Academy of Political and Social Science. I cannot possibly find time to write such an article, nor do I know of anyone in the Department competent to do it who could take the time at present. Do you know anyone who could undertake the job? Of course, you yourself are the right man to do it, but you should not spare the time for it.
Enclosure.
