Dearest Trudie
I am so glad you had such a nice visist to New York and all is going so well with you all. It is certainly good news to hear that Gordon and Cary are looking “better than you ever saw them”. I hope dear little William will soon get more color in his face. Teething is a hard proposition on a fellow his age & size. The weather here is fine. I miss you all and will be happy when you are home—I love you, dear.
Ever your devoted
Cary
